Our Return and Refund Conditions

Return window

Products can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team within that period with your order number and the items concerned before sending anything back.

Exchange or refund

Where a return is accepted, we will exchange the goods or refund the cost of the goods. Refunds cover the goods only.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.


• The cost of shipping returned items back to us is paid by the customer.
