How to Register as a Wholesale Buyer

To access wholesale ordering options, create an account on agatemart.com. Buyers must provide accurate, current, and complete account details during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Registration allows you to submit orders online and track your order status directly through our platform.

How to Place an Order

We offer flexible ordering options for wholesale clients, online buyers, wellness practitioners, and distributors:

• Ordering via Website: Browse our product pages, click on the items you require, select Add To Cart, and enter your desired quantity. Continue adding items until your selection is complete, then click Place Order.

• Custom Manufacturing Orders: We manufacture custom products in all shapes, sizes, and stones based on your requirements. If you require other items sourced from India, our team can supply them upon request.

After you submit an order, our team reviews your item list and calculates shipping charges based on the weight of the shipment and delivery location. You will receive an order notification email along with a comprehensive proforma invoice containing full item details, final shipping fees, and payment transfer instructions. Minimum Order Quantities and Bulk Discounts

Agate Mart provides MOQ-friendly ordering structures suited for B2B buyers. Discounts are provided on wholesale orders based on volume and order composition. Buyers should confirm specific minimum order quantities and available discount tiers directly with our sales team when submitting their inquiry.

Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Terms

Payment instructions are issued on your proforma invoice. Payment is by bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T) only. We accept PayPal as well as bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T).

Payment terms are structured according to total order value:

• Orders Below $4,000: 100% advance payment is required prior to order preparation and dispatch.
• Orders Above $4,000 (Sea Cargo Transport): Payment terms are 60% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 40% balance payable upon presentation of the Copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
