Worldwide Shipping and Delivery Information
Agate Mart manufactures and exports wholesale gemstones, crystals, and agate products from Khambhat, Gujarat, India to B2B buyers worldwide. We ship bulk orders internationally to retailers, distributors, online shop owners, and wellness practitioners. All international shipments are arranged with prior confirmation regarding shipping methods, freight costs, payment, and required paperwork.
Shipping Methods and Freight Options
We work with major international courier and freight services to deliver orders safely to your destination. Our standard shipping options include:
- Express Couriers: We frequently ship via DHL and FedEx. We also ship through UPS, TNT, and EMS for international delivery.
- Air Cargo and Sea Cargo: For bulk orders, air freight and sea freight options are available based on your requirements. For large orders transported by sea cargo with values exceeding $4000, payment terms are 60 percent in advance and 40 percent upon presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading.
- Freight Collect / Pay on Delivery: If your total shipment weight exceeds 50 kg, you can choose a pay-on-delivery system where you pay the shipping costs directly to the transport company upon arrival. In this arrangement, shipping charges do not need to be paid to us in advance.
- Buyer Import Account: We can ship your order directly using your company import account number with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT.
Shipping Cost Calculations and Quotes
Shipping and handling charges are extra and are not included in the wholesale product prices shown on our website. Freight charges are calculated strictly based on the weight of the stones and products ordered.
To obtain an exact shipping quote for your bulk order, use our standard online order process:
- Browse our online catalog and click Add To Cart for your selected products, entering your required wholesale quantities.
- Click the Place Order button when you are ready to complete your submission.
- Our team will receive your order details and calculate the exact shipping cost based on total weight.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is updated with the final shipping cost. You can then review the complete order details and Proforma Invoice under the My Orders section of your account.
Dispatch Schedules and Transit Times
Dispatch schedules depend on current stock availability and production quantities:
- In-Stock Orders: Products currently in stock are dispatched within 5 to 7 days following order confirmation and payment processing.
- Out-of-Stock Orders: If items are not currently in stock, our sales team will inform you of the estimated delivery schedule based on the production quantity required.
- Courier Transit Time: Shipping companies typically take 5 to 7 business days to deliver orders once dispatched. Transit times for air cargo and sea cargo vary by carrier and destination port.
Packaging, Customs, and Import Documentation
All gemstone products, tumbled stones, beads, and delicate crystal items are carefully packaged at our Khambhat factory to protect fragile items during transit. We issue detailed Proforma Invoices containing complete transaction information for bank wire transfer payments (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T) and customs processing. Payment is by bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T) only. We accept PayPal as well as bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T).
Wholesale buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and administrative charges required by local regulations in the destination country. If you require specific import documentation or custom logistics arrangements, please confirm the details with our sales team prior to shipment dispatch.
