Shipping Options

We ship internationally using major courier and freight services, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, air cargo, and sea cargo. Shipping charges are calculated strictly based on the weight of the items ordered. For shipments over 50 kg, a pay-on-delivery shipping option is available where you pay shipping costs directly to the transport company upon arrival. You may also use your own company import account number with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 days following order confirmation and payment processing, and transit times for couriers take 5 to 7 business days.

Payment Terms

Prices default to USD, and customers can view and pay in their own currency. We accept payments via bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer, T/T) and PayPal. Orders below $4,000 require 100 percent advance payment prior to order preparation and dispatch. For sea cargo orders exceeding $4,000, payment terms are 60 percent advance payment upon order confirmation and 40 percent upon presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading.
