Terms & Conditions — Wholesale Commercial Agreement

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

Our website operates as a B2B wholesale platform. By creating an account, you affirm that you are purchasing goods for commercial resale, holistic healing practice, retail distribution, or manufacturing purposes. We reserve the right to review account details and revoke wholesale access in cases of fraudulent representation.

2. Pricing, Minimum Orders & Currency

All wholesale catalog prices are quoted excluding applicable freight, import duties, and local taxes. Prices are subject to periodic updates based on raw gemstone market fluctuations. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply per product line as indicated on product listings.

3. Natural Gemstone Characteristics

Because our products are crafted from natural minerals and mined gemstones, natural inclusions, minor fissures, mineral veining, and organic variations in color saturation are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Hand-crafted items may also exhibit slight tolerances in exact millimeter measurements and grams weight.

4. Order Acceptance & Production Timelines

An order is considered confirmed once payment or agreed deposit is received. Ready stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom manufactured or large bulk volume orders will be assigned a scheduled production timeline communicated via proforma invoice.

5. International Freight, Customs & Tariffs

Goods are exported under standard commercial shipping terms (Incoterms C&F or FOB as agreed). The buyer is solely responsible for any local import tariffs, VAT, customs clearance handling fees, or import permits required by their country's border authorities.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive commercial jurisdiction of courts in Anand / Gujarat, India.
