How are wholesale shipping charges calculated? ▼
Because natural gemstones and crystals are heavy minerals, shipping is calculated by volumetric gross weight. Once your order is assembled and packed, we weigh the shipment and apply discounted commercial corporate rates from FedEx/DHL/Air Cargo to give you the most economical freight price.
Are all your gemstones and crystals 100% genuine and natural? ▼
Yes, absolutely. All raw minerals are 100% natural, ethically sourced earth gems (such as natural Quartz, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Jasper, Carnelian, Tourmaline, Lapis Lazuli, and Moonstone). Because they are natural geological formations, subtle variations in hue, inclusion, and pattern are natural marks of authenticity.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept Bank Wire Transfers (T/T), SWIFT International Transfers, PayPal (for sample and medium wholesale orders), major credit/debit cards, and UPI / NEFT / RTGS for domestic Indian corporate accounts.
