Refund & Returns Policy — Breakage Protection & Exchanges

1. Transit Damage Guarantee

While we package all crystal shipments with industrial heavy-duty multi-layer bubble wrap, foam separators, and double-walled master cartons, delicate gemstones can occasionally suffer impact in transit. If any items arrive broken or damaged:

• Notify our support team within 5 days of parcel delivery.
• Provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the outer package and damaged pieces.
• We will immediately issue a replacement credit or replace the damaged items in your next shipment.

2. Wholesale Returns & Exchanges

Because items are sold at deep factory wholesale rates and freight constitutes a substantial portion of international mineral transport, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of authorized returns, a full refund or credit for the goods value will be processed upon safe inspection of returned merchandise.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-engraved items, private-label branded pieces, and custom-cut stone dimensions made specifically to client specifications cannot be returned once production is finalized.
